Yoga Schmoga!

My first wedding of 2010 is next weekend and to finish off some of my off season projects Amber and I went out (between storms) to capture some shots for her new website. Amber is a San Luis Obispo Yoga instructor, surfer girl and all around rad chick (with crazy good flying Ninja skills – see video below). You can see from the images that it was almost impossible for this San Luis Obispo photographer to get Amber to loosen up and have fun…ya right! Under threatening skies, we hiked down to a river bed that is dry except after the most severe storms. The water was running and a warm surge of air swept through the valley. As luck would have it, our shoot ended up dry, relatively warm and very peaceful next to the little stream. I really enjoy Amber’s company as she is a joy to photograph, has a constant smile and is a super sweet woman. Thanks you Amber for a terrific afternoon!
