San Luis Obispo Wedding Photographer | Engagement Photography
Brittni and Nick will have their Madonna Inn wedding early this spring. I was about to cancel our engagement shoot because of the weather, but Nick and Brittni were totally game for heading out and seeing what we could find. We ended up having a blast walking around downtown San Luis Obispo on this very stormy day. I brought along my trusty softbox to even out the lighting as it was really dark most of the afternoon! Nick loves Brittni and it is obvious that she is way into her man. These two are simply wonderful and I had a terrific time during our shoot.
Engagement Pictures in Downtown San Luis Obispo
Downtown San Luis Obispo has a ton of old buildings that are easily turned into fun engagement picture backdrops.
As soon as this shaft of light came out, we ran to it and took a few back-lit exposures.
This wall is very close to my house in San Luis Obispo. I love the colors and details found in each piece of tile.
The hills around San Luis Obispo have huge cacti if you know where to look.
And it was getting darker and darker…….and then it poured!
