Ashley and James – Wedding

Ashley and James had a gorgeous Coquelicot vineyard wedding in Solvang last weekend. Coquelicot vineyard is equipped with a gorgeous barn, hills covered in oak trees and row after row of lush pinot, cabernet and syrah grape vines. Solvang barn weddings and central coast barn weddings in general are truly special and give guests a Indian Summer experience no matter what time of year the wedding reception is taking place.

I photographed Ashley and James last October for their engagement pictures and really enjoyed our time together. Suffice it to say that I was excited for their wedding day to come around. And Solvang, Santa Ynez, Santa Barbara and all of the Central Coast is perfect for weddings in early June! It’s not too hot yet and the cool night air blows in from the Pacific each evening. These two are a wonderful match and are obviously meant for one another.
