Bluephoto Wedding Photography San Luis Obispo

Hi, I'm Jonathan Roberts and I started Bluephoto 7 years ago. I've shot over 250 weddings and have loved every minute of it *(almost every minute....the naked reception guy freaked me out...and there was the crazy dog that bit Michael, the groom...)!

And a little about me:

I am living my dream. Not too many people can say that. I have the cutest wife ever. Michelle never stops smiling and she is simply a joy to wake up to each day. I am incredibly thankful for our happy little boy who spends way more time giggling than crying, a wife who is the love of my life and a job I look forward to each day. Marriage for me has been a dream come true and I am thrilled to be a part of each couple's wedding day as they make the commitment to be together for the rest of their lives.

And to be a little less sappy - I also love wine, cooking, cyclingnews.com, figuring out near impossible lighting setups, single speed mountain bikes, chips and salsa, brie with crackers and caramelized onions, the perfect margarita with just a touch of salt, and knowing when I click the shutter that I captured a perfect moment.

Selena and Armando – Wedding | Eagle Castle Winery

Selena and Armando had their Eagle Castle wedding last weekend. Eagle Castle Winery is located off of highway 46, 1 mile west of Castoro Vineyards. Eagle Castle is a castle! It really is remarkable and allows for hundreds of guests to comfortably dance the night away. The various terraces and levels give the castle a great variety of perspectives. Selena and Armando are wonderfully in love. Their wedding was all about family and making memories. The 8 piece mariachi band was as unique as the venue itself. The heat of the day eventually gave way to the cool Paso Robles wine country late afternoon breeze giving us the perfect setting for the late night dance party. I am incredibly thrilled to have been a part of such a unique wedding. Armando and Selena are a brilliant couple and it was obvious to everyone present that these two are perfect for each other.

Christine’s Cake Creations made the wonderful cake. Summerwood Winery Inn hosted the bridal party during their preparations. All the floral displays were created by Quixotic Flowers. And Roxan from Eagle Castle Winery did an amazing job keeping everyone on time throughout the day.
