More Belize please.

Michelle, Payton and I just got back from visiting Belize. The trip was outstanding!  Our first stop was Table Rock Jungle Eco Lodge near San Ignacio where Chef Chris and his lovely wife Jennifer pampered us to no end. Table Rock is a very intimate lodge with three thatch roof rooms, an open cabana style lounge, a gourmet kitchen and an incredible, open dining area. Table Rock is on a hillside overlooking a river that winds it’s way through the jungle. We ended up being the only guest during the four days we were there. Table Rock is an amazing place for a destination wedding. Chris, Jennifer and the rest of the staff are top notch and can help with all aspects of your destination wedding from lodging and travel arrangements, to helping you obtain the correct legal documents. I highly recommend checking out Table Rock Jungle Lodge in Belize.

Our next stop was Caye Caulker, an island off the coast of Belize. We spent the better part of a week walking, riding bikes and exploring the waters that surround this tropical paradise. On Caye Caulker, shoes and shirts aren’t required, cars are not allowed and rusty bicycles, golf carts and hand made tortillas are the norm. This was one of the best vacations I have ever had and I cannot wait to go back!
